I’m a former executive recruiter, conscious leadership expert, speaker, author, and executive coach. My mission is to help you remember who you are and lead from that awareness. Through Fifth Dimensional Leadership, I offer practical tools and honest conversation so you can bring more trust, love, and resilience to your life and your workplace.

I grew up in Riverside, California with two amazing parents and a knucklehead brother (just kidding). I loved language and the rhythm of words, studied French and linguistics at the University of California, Davis, then earned my MBA at Kellogg at Northwestern University. What I didn't know then was that my fascination with language would become central to how I understand leadership, not as titles or authority, but as consciousness and connection.


Over 35 years, I've built a career spanning executive recruiting, talent management, financial services, and entrepreneurship. I was a Partner at Spencer Stuart, recruiting senior leaders across industries, and then Director of Executive Recruiting at Google. I've worked in the trenches and in boardrooms.


But through it all, as a professional, daughter, wife, and mother, I awakened to a deeper truth: I am not just those identities. I have an essence, a soul that transcends any title. And this awareness, not ambition, is what actually determines the outcomes of our lives, our joy, and our collective impact. That insight became the foundation for Fifth Dimensional Leadership™.


Today, my work is about unlocking potential - in people, in systems, in culture. I'm a lover of dogs, meditation, and music, and a firm believer that work can be a spiritual practice when we bring our whole selves to it. I'm moved to connect with curious, like-minded souls committed to creating more humane workplaces, stronger communities, and a better world oriented around love, truth, and well-being.
